How to cook Rice
- Add 2 parts water for every 1 part of rice (by volume) to a saucepan.
- Add salt to taste.
- Cover the saucepan and bring to boil.
- Turn down the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, and stand for 5 minutes.
Under any circumstances, DO NOT REMOVE THE LID!
Your rice will be cooked to perfection. Fluff (with a fork) and serve.
